A company or business must be registered and in good standing with the Arizona Corporation Commission in order to conduct business with the State of Arizona.

A Partnership must be registered with the Arizona Secretary of State in order to conduct business with the State of Arizona.

Your lease or permit number is located at the top of any invoice you have received or on the lease/permit documents, referenced as 'KE Lease Number'
